The iconic Hansa House, a historic landmark situated along the Quays of Antwerp, has been transformed into a modern NWOW (New Ways of Working) office space.

To enhance its functionality, parasite extensions at the rear were removed, restoring the building to its original state. This restoration allows natural light to penetrate deep into the courtyard and office areas, creating a brighter and more inviting environment.

Internally, unnecessary elements were stripped away to make room for a new open-plan layout with layered transparency. This design approach highlights the full spatial quality and potential of the interior, providing an optimal workspace for its occupants.
