THE BLUES:
The dynamic, atypical rhythm in the rear façade is completely determined by the functional use of the interior space and the link with the covered terrace. The rhythm of the wooden latticework in the interior seamlessly matches this. Strategically chosen skylights and a large window section allow daylight to penetrate deep into the existing living spaces, turning the previously dark interior space into a very bright living space. By incorporating a cat flap in the large window section, the cat of the house was not forgotten either.
