REGENCY GARDENS:
At the heart of the Regency project is a serene inner garden —transforming a former parking lot into a green oasis.
Homes are thoughtfully oriented around this tranquil space, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the city’s hustle. A mix of apartments and family houses surrounds the garden, balancing privacy with a strong connection to nature.
The courtyard design pays homage to the site's history of cour et jardin houses while fostering a contemporary sense of space.

REGENCY GARDENS:
The connection between the historic monument and the new residential buildings is realized through a light steel structure. This intervention resolves the difference in levels between the two buildings and integrates spacious terraces in front of the apartments. White steel, glass, and metal mesh ensure transparency, allowing natural light to flow through the structure while maintaining a subtle contrast with the historic architecture. The result is an elegant transition that respects both the old and the new.

REGENCY GARDENS:
The transformation of a dense urban block into a refined residential complex in the heart of Antwerp.
Honoring the site’s rich history by restoring the monument to its original form, while integrating new, thoughtful structures.
A palette of refined white materials creates a seamless blend of old and new, while three green gates nod to 17th-century color traces found in the monument, tying the entire ensemble together.
