THE DUKE:
This listed office building in Brussels was carefully renovated to meet contemporary work standards while preserving its architectural heritage. The Flemish Government had strict requirements for its new office space in a protected historic building. Sustainability was a key factor, and VIVA Architecture designed the interior according to NWOW (New Ways of Working) principles. The result? A flexible, modern workplace that perfectly fits the needs of its users while respecting the building’s heritage!
